Develop business with key accounts through regular customer engagement as per budget.
Ensure timely collection from customers and inventory management as per norms.
Track financial performance of customers on a regular basis
Submit forecast of sales vs budget for RM planning every month along with monthly report
Prepare, review, and ensure adherence to Company | Business | Function | Department policies and SOPs (as applicable).
Explore channel partners in these geos and build synergies that can expand the business.
Study various markets and identify business opportunities across the provinces.
Track and monitor competitor movement and market developments as part of market intelligence.

The candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in an international sales environment.
8-10 yrs of international sales experience in raw materials for Inks /Paints /coatings and adhesives with an emphasis on international business.
B.E/B.tech . Chemical or B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry + M.B.A. /PGDBM Marketing.
The proven ability to hire, build, and lead successful sales teams.
