The terms “you”, “your”, “user”, and “visitor” refer to any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or purchasing services from us.

2. Nature of Services

Compass HR Solutions is a professional HR consulting and training firm. We do not sell physical goods. All services are digital/intellectual in nature and provided either in person or online.

We have declared to Razorpay and comply with their policy of not selling physical goods or operating in restricted categories. All payments collected via Razorpay are solely for consulting/training services.

7. Payment Terms

  • All service payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

  • We shall not be liable for failed transactions due to exceeded card limits or technical declines from payment processors.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested within 2 days of booking a service.

  • Cancellations are not possible once the training or consultation service has been confirmed or delivered.

  • Refunds will only be approved in the event of a quality concern or service delivery issue, after internal review.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
